This service is for any classical-length skirt, 12-15”, white or black, and basic service includes the following:

• replacing top layer (matching existing style of pleats or gathers)

• hand re-tying (as needed)

• replacing leg elastics

• steaming and re-shaping

Add-on services:

• option to replace hoop

• option to replace additional layers

• option to replace 1st and 2nd layer with double hand-pleats
